TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — With the economic uncertainties from the coronavirus, we here at ABC 27 are shining a light on businesses that are doing their part to help out the community while keeping their business open.
Noland's Roofing says, "We're open, Tallahassee," and are providing free roofing estimates while adhering to social distancing guidelines.
The nationally ranked roofing contractor opened in Tallahassee at the end of 2018, right after Hurricane Michael.
Vice president Justin Shelton says this is typically a busy time for them. They've seen a little bit of a slowdown as a trickle down from COVID-19 but they've stayed busy.
"We've actually been very fortunate to stay busy," Shelton said. "We've been really lucky."
They've also found ways to give back by giving away four free roofs this year!
"It's something that we just do because we're really excited to give back to our customers, give back to the community," said Shelton. "We've helped so many people out and because they've helped us get to where we're at, we feel the need to do that."
To put your hat in the drawing for a free roof you'll need to call them to come out and give you a free roofing estimate.
Their next drawing is on June 27.
