TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — With the economic uncertainties from the coronavirus, we here at ABC 27 are shining a light on businesses that are doing their part to help out the community while keeping their business open.
During our newscasts, we're highlighting local businesses that are still open, despite the coronavirus.
On Takeout Tuesday, we're encouraging people to chose to takeout a meal from a local restaurant to support them during this time.
Chubby's Chicken Fingers & More says, "We're Open Tallahassee!"
They're also now offering free delivery on lunch orders $25 or more to local businesses for as long as this pandemic lasts.
In addition, Chubby's has extensively trained it's staff to ensure their safety, and the safety of customers.
Chubby's has always been a drive-thru and walk up restaurant, which has helped when it comes to the way they operate.
Chubby's is now open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Sunday on West Tennessee Street.
If you're a business supporting our community, we want to hear from you.
