TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — ABC 27 is here to help businesses in need with "We're Open Tallahassee" where we are partnering with local businesses in North Florida and South Georgia, to highlight the efforts they're making to keep the community safe, while staying in business.

Be Strong Therapy Services says, "We're open, Tallahassee!"

They are a small specialized physical and occupational therapy clinic that specializes in cancer patients.

Be Strong Therapy is now offering home visits to minimize people's risk and need to leave their home.

They've also added telehealth services as an option.

The owners say therapy services are essential to keep people out of the hospital, ER and urgent care, and free up those resources for people with the virus.

"We really try to make sure our immuno-compromised patients are well taken care of," said Amber Swords, co-owner of Be Strong Therapy. "Whether it be, we don't see them because they are going through chemotherapy right now, we're try to treat patients so they can stay healthy and well through all of this so they can stay out of the hospital system."

Swords says they're also going to be periodically posting exercises and ways to help with your posture as you're working from home to help everyone stay active and well.

We've made it easy for business owners to sign up.

Click on the We're open, Tallahassee tab at the top of the WTXL website. Then, tell us your story by filling out the section to the right.

It's our way of letting people know you are open for business, and how they can support you.
