(BPT) - Parents and caregivers want to keep their children safe in the car — but many move their child to the next restraint type too soon. This year, make sure your child always uses the car seat, booster seat or seat belt that is appropriate for their age, height and weight. And remember, children under 13 should always be in the back seat. For more information about choosing the right seat and finding a nearby car seat check location, visit NHTSA.gov/TheRightSeat.
