CHARLOTTE, N.C. — — Mfiondu Kabengele scored 14 and Terance Mann added 12, but it wasn’t enough for Florida State to overcome a star-studded Duke team in the ACC tournament championship game.

The Seminoles played to a tie at halftime before the Blue Devils pulled away for a 73-63 victory at the Spectrum Center.

Florida State, having lost for just the second time since mid-January, will head home and await its seed and location for next week’s NCAA tournament.

The Blue Devils claimed their 21st ACC tournament title and will likely be a No. 1 seed in the Big Dance.
