In the second, Evan Edwards led off with his team-high fifth home run of the season for a 1-0 lead. The Wolfpack added seven more runs in the inning on three singles, two doubles, a triple, an error and a pair of walks.
The Seminoles best chance to strike came in the fourth inning on singles from Tim Becker and Robby Martin and a walk to Cooper Swanson, but a groundout ended without the Noles pushing a run across.

Third baseman Drew Mendoza singled in the eighth inning, extending his streak of reaching base to all 16 games this season. He has an active eight-game hitting streak.
