TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - Investigators said a 62-year-old man was convicted for receiving, distributing, and possessing of child pornography.
Ray Collins of Tallahassee was convicted Tuesday in court for sharing and downloading child pornography files.
Investigators argued that police had determined that a computer belonging to Collins had record of him sharing and downloading videos and images of child pornography between October 2013 and January 2014.
Investigators said that Collins faces a minimum of five years and a maximum of 20 years in prison.
His sentence hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 11, 2017 at the U.S. Courthouse in Tallahassee.
