GADSDEN Co., FL -- A 20-year-old Quincy man is dead after being hit by a car Friday morning.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Josiah Moore was walking on Atlanta Street when he walked into the path of a car traveling eastbound on Atlanta Street.
The driver of the car fled the scene on foot, however two passengers, Jessica Hemanes and Monterice Kenon, remained on scene according to FHP.
Moore's next of kin has been notified; his body was taken to the TMH Morgue.
