COLQUITT CO., GA (WALB) - A teen father accused of killing his 2-month-old daughter has been indicted by a Colquitt County Grand Jury.
Cedric Deshawn Martin Jr., 18, is facing felony murder and cruelty to children charges.
Martin was arrested last year after an autopsy found the baby died of blunt force trauma to her head and body.
Martin is being held without bond.
A trial date has not yet been set.
