BAINBRIDGE, Ga. (WTXL)--The Refinery Homeless Shelter has an 11-bed facility in Bainbridge.
The shelter is connected with the Friendship House which has an after school program for children.
There's a lot of opportunity to help children and give women the transportation they need.
