Medical marijuana is one of three proposed constitutional amendments in the state of Florida. If passed, it will broaden the usage of medical marijuana allowed in the state.
Earlier this year, legislation known as Charlotte's Web was passed that legalized a low-THC strand of marijuana. The constitutional amendment would expand the amount and uses of marijuana allowed in Florida.
