TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- World Ballet's Henry Hernandez will team up with Sam and Susan Higdon to bring a mix of musical theater and classical ballet this spring.
The organization will be presenting the Cat in the Hat and World of Rock the weekend of April 13. The event combines the iconic work of Dr. Seuss and the World Ballet Company's fifth annual rock ballet.
The performances begin on Saturday, April 13 at 7:30 p.m. and continue on Sunday, April 14, at 2:30 p.m. The event will be held on Lee Hall auditorium on Florida A&M University's campus. It features local singers, actors, and the World Ballet Company.
