WOODVILLE, FL (WTXL) -- A 32-year-old man was sentenced to 35 years in federal prison after he was convicted of making child porn.
Ralph Jason Miller was found guilty during a two day trial in April.
Court documents show that a girl reported to her school councilor that she had sex with a 30-year-old man and so did another juvenile. In December of 2013, the Leon County Sheriff's Office served a search warrant at Miller's home.
According to detectives, they found pictures and video depicting child porn that Miller had made of the victim.
One of the victims told deputies that Miller threatened her if she told anyone.
Deputies also arrested a woman at the home, Bethany Tipton. According to court documents she was also accused of having sex with the victim. She was charged with lewd and lascivious battery.
