TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A woman wanted for her role in stealing a tractor from a Wakulla County home has been arrested in Tallahassee.
22-year-old Sierra Atkinson was arrested over the weekend for larceny over $20,000 and burglary.
Deputies say that Shelle Hartsfield, 30, and Atkinson worked together to steal a victim's tractor back in January, running over the victim in the process of stealing it.
All of the contents, including the tractor, were valued at $27,900. All property was recovered and returned to the victim.
Atkinson is behind bars on a $125,000 bond.
The Wakulla County Sheriff's Office is searching for a woman involved in the theft of a tractor.
They said that they arrested one of the suspects, 30-year-old Shelle Hartsfield, in May but are still looking for the other suspect, 22-year-old Sierra Atkinson.
Deputies say that the women worked together to steal a victim's tractor back in January, running over the victim in the process of stealing it.
All of the contents, including the tractor valued at $27,900, were recovered that night and returned to the victim.
An investigation led WCSO to identify Hartsfield and Atkinson as the suspects in this case.
Hartsfield is being charged with grand theft, burglary and culpable negligence. Atkinson will be facing the same charges once found.
