TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Bond has been revoked for a woman wanted for accessory after the fact in the homicide of Hoyt Birge, and investigators are seeking her on a count of harassing a victim.

Paige A. Vowell is being sought by Leon County Sheriff's Office investigators for violating a court order by contacting Peter Tournay, another victim in the crime that occurred when Birge was killed in May.

Investigators say Birge was killed during a fight over a drug deal and robbery. Eight people have been indicted in the murder.

A probable cause affidavit says on Sept. 5, 2017, a deputy went to the home of Tournay, in response to his mother's complaint that Tournay was "acting crazy," and found on his phone several Facebook messages from Vowell.

The messages started in July. Some messages asked him about the two of them hanging out together sometime.

The investigator said he believed Vowell was contacting people connected with the case to provide her side of the incident.

The 28-year-old is described as 5'4" and weighing 115 pounds.

People with knowledge of her whereabouts are asked to call investigators at (850) 606 - 3300 or (850) 564 - TIPS.
