WAKULLA COUNTY, FL. (WTXL)-- UPDATE: Florida Highway Patrol has identified the woman that was killed in an early morning Wakulla County crash.
Troopers said that 74-year-old Maureen Brush was traveling east on U.S. 98 Redman Road when she turned onto County Road 365, where another car was driving south.
The driver of the other car tried to break to avoid Brush, but the cars ended up colliding.
Brush's car was pushed south and spun around clockwise before coming to a stop in the northbound lane of C.R. 365. She was killed as a result of the accident. The other driver sustained minor injuries.
Troopers said that there are no charges pending in this accident.
