LIBERTY COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL)--A Lowndes County woman is dead after a head on collision in Liberty County.
Florida Highway Patrol troopers say Michael T. Jones of Newberry was driving a pick up truck around 5 p.m. when he crossed the center line on State Road 12 and hit a car head on, driven by Tina Robinette Crosby.
Troopers say she died on scene and Jones was seriously injured. Troopers are working to determine if alcohol was a factor in the crash. Charges are pending.
