TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A Tallahassee woman has been arrested, accused of having sex with a minor at a hotel while her 4-year-old son was present.
Christina Minor, 30, was arrested over the weekend.
According to a probable cause document, the victim told investigators that they had a romantic relationship with Minor between November and January 2015 while they were at the Hope Community Center.
According to a witness, the two met up at at a hotel on North Monroe Street, Minor's 4-year-old son in tow. The witness stated that she took the child into the bathroom and bathed him, but when she came out, she saw that the victim and Minor were naked, leading her to believe they had sex.
The victim confirmed that they did indeed have sex and told investigators that the two had sex multiple times throughout the relationship. He also confirmed that Minor's son was in the hotel at the time.
"During the relationship between the victim and Minor, they were communicating via the Facebook Messenger application," investigators wrote. "The content of the messages supports a romantic relationship between Minor and the victim."
When Minor was interviewed, she admitted to having sex with the victim once, but denied having sex any additional times.
Minor has been charged with four counts of lewd or lascivious battery, victim age 12 to 16. She remains in the Leon County Jail on a $80,000 bond.
