TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Florida State head coach Willie Taggart is opening the football team’s first two spring practices to the public.

The announcement came on Monday.

FSU's practices on Wednesday and Friday will be open to the public. Both practices are scheduled to begin at approximately 9 a.m.

Fans can enter the practice fields through the West gate adjacent to the parking lot beginning at 8:30 a.m. Fans can watch practice from the West, North and East perimeter of the practice fields.

No fans will be permitted inside the Indoor Practice Facility or between the two fields. Due to limited space on the sidelines, folding chairs will not be allowed.

Visitors coming to campus without an FSU parking pass should park in visitor parking at the South end of Doak Campbell Stadium.

In the event of inclement weather, if the practices are moved inside to the Indoor Practice Facility, they will not be open to the public due to space constraints and safety considerations.

More information regarding parking can be found at the FSU Transportation & Parking Services website.
