TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - The State Attorney's Office says that Willie Meggs is not planning on running for another term as State Attorney.
According to the State Attorney's Office website, Meggs was elected as State Attorney in 1985.
Prior to that, Meggs served as the Assistant State Attorney, was an Investigator with the Tallahassee Police Department, a Deputy Sergeant with the Leon County Sheriff's Office and was a Uniformed Patrol Officer with TPD.
