Tallahassee, Fla. (WTXL) - Florida Forestry Service reports a wildfire in Alachua County.
The quarter-acre fire occurred just before 9am in the US 301 and SR 24 area.
Smoke produced by the blaze may affect nearby commuters. Drivers are advised to use caution.
Officials state the fire has been contained. Roadway smoke signs are posted for safety.
