TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A self-proclaimed leader of a Tallahassee white nationalist group is due in court Thursday.
Jordan Jereb has been in custody without bond since March when he was arrested at his home during an FBI raid.
He is facing a charge of violating conditions of his probation.
Jereb's group, The Republic of Florida, calls for Florida to be a white ethno-state and to use armed force if necessary.
Attorneys say if the group exists he's the only member and he's completely innocent.
A judge will hear his case at 1:30 p.m. Thursday.
Jereb will also face a misdemeanor charge of false report to law enforcement in August.
