WCSO recognizes employees at annual Law Day event

WAKULLA COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - The Wakulla County Sheriff's Office held their annual Law Day event Thursday at the Wakulla Environmental Institute.  

WCSO Sheriff Jared Miller and the WCSO recognized four distinguished members of the Sheriff's Office with awards for their exceptional work over the past year. 

Nancy Watts was awarded as the WCSO Outstanding Volunteer of the Year and Meci Taylor was awarded as the Communications Officer of the Year.

Detention Deputy Marcus Flournah was awarded as the Correctional Officer of the Year, while Deputy Jeremy Creel was awarded as the Law Enforcement Officer of the Year.
