TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Various sections of Waterline Drive in Tallahassee will be closed through February 26 while workers improve the road's drainage system. During the three-phase process, no pass through traffic will be allowed on the street.
Phase I is a six day closure of a portion of Waterline Drive between Ty Cobb Road and Ingress Road.
Phase II is a three day closure of the intersection of Ty Cobb Road and Waterline Drive.
Phase III is a fourteen day closure of Waterline Drive between Ty Cobb Road and Livingston Road.
The detour route uses Livingston Road, Fuller Road, Ingress Road and Jacobs Road to guide the traffic around the construction zone and to provide alternative access to the neighborhood. Detour signs will be posted to help direct traffic.
The road is scheduled to reopen at 5 p.m. on February 26.
