WASHINGTON (WTXL) - President Barack Obama is returning to Chicago today to deliver his final address to America.
America is getting prepared to say "farewell" to President Barack Obama as he and the first family make their way to their adopted hometown of Chicago.
The speech will take place at McCormick Place and is scheduled to begin at 9 p.m. ET.
