TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - On Thursday, arrest warrants were issued for Lively Technical Center principal, Woody Hildebrandt.
State Attorney Willie Meggs says that four warrants were issued for felony grand theft and one warrant for a misdemeanor. The theft included a metal fence, and paint. Meggs says that Hildebrandt was also adjusting payroll for overtime.
Leon County Schools says that Hildebrandt has been on administrative leave since November 4, 2014 due to "several serious allegations."
According to Leon County Schools, Hildebrandt was arrested.
The Leon County Sheriff's Office booking report has him listed for the following charges:
- Two counts of Grand Theft $5,000 or more less than $10,000
- Two counts of Grand theft is $300 or more but less than $5000
- One count of Petit Theft First degree property 100 to under 300 dollars
