WAKULLA COUNTY, FL (WTXL) - The Wakulla County Sheriff's Office has arrested a Tennessee fugitive in Panacea.
According to the sheriff's office, deputies and U.S. Marshals arrested 46-year-old John Genero Zabala after learning that he had been living in Wakulla County.
Zabala is accused of aggravated statutory rape on a 15-year-old victim and a second count of rape with bonds totaling $225,000 dollars in Morristown, Tennessee.
He is now being held in the Wakulla County Jail, and will be extradited back to Tennessee.
