CRAWFORDVILLE, Fl. (WTXL) -- The Wakulla County Sheriff's Office fleet is getting a new addition: bumper stickers.
Vehicles in the fleet are getting a new bumper sticker that reads "In God We Trust".
Wakulla Sheriff Charlie Creel said that Bay County Sheriff Frank McKeithen had the stickers and offered some to his office, so he accepted them. He said he took them because when a law enforcement officer takes an oath, the words "In God We Trust" or "So Help Me god" are mentioned.
"With everything that is going on in the world today, alot of people disliking police officers", said Creel, "I decided to put them on our vehicle and have somebody look after them while they work."
