WAKULLA COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - Wakulla County Schools announces their school schedule for the solar ellipse happening on Monday, August 21.
Due to safety concerns during the eclipse, students release times are as follows:
- High School 12:00 p.m.
- Middle School 12:20 p.m.
- Elementary 4:10 p.m.
- PreK 3:45 p.m.
Parents are welcome to pick up their children at anytime.
The eclipse will begin at approximately 1:09 p.m. with maximum exposure at 2:45 p.m.
The eclipse will end at approximately 4:02 p.m.
