Wakulla County, Fla. (WTXL) - The Wakulla County community gathers to celebrate the life of Public Information Officer Keith Blackmar.
Memorial services were held on Saturday at the Wakulla One Stop Community Center. In lieu of flowers for Blackmar, people were asked to make donations to victims advocates with Wakulla County Sheriff's Office and the Wakulla County Parks and Recreation.
Blackmar passed away on May 17th at 56 years old. He terminally ill and was taken under the care of hospice a week before his death.
