VALDOSTA, GA (WTXL) - A Valdosta State University student is crowned Miss Georgia 2016.
Emanii Davis, a senior from Cleveland, Ohio, was named Miss Georgia on Sunday in McDonough, Georgia. Davis was Miss Spalding County 2016.
Davis is involved in VSU's Emerging Leaders, NAACP, and Ambassadors for VSU. She hopes to become a TV broadcaster.
She will go on to compete in next year's Miss USA pageant.
