Virginia Shooter Worked at Tallahassee TV Station

MONETA, Va. (WTXL) - The man believed to have shot and killed a reporter and cameraman on live TV in Virginia used to work in Tallahassee.

Vester Flanagan, also known as Bryce Williams, worked as an employee at WTWC 40 in Tallahassee according to WTWC General Manager John Dittmeier.

Flanagan was employed with the station from March of 1999 until March of 2000.

Dittmeier says that EEOC charges were filed by Flanagan against the station but the issue was resolved under prior management.
