MARIANNA, Fla.(WTXL)- The Marianna Municipal Airport geared up Thursday, for it's fifth annual fly in on Saturday showcasing vintage helicopters that were originally flown in the Vietnam war.

War birds such as the Lockhead 12, an aircraft used in the movie Amelia, AT-6's used to train military pilots when the airport was Graham Air Base, T-35, C-145A, military helicopters, and other unique aircraft are displayed.

New to this year's activities is the partnership with the city of Marianna and the Friends of Army Aviation-Ozark to offer two different helicopter rides to civilians.
