SYLVESTER, GA (WALB) - You might be from the south if you use a bow and arrow to pull out loose teeth.

One brave Sylvester girl had a stubborn bottom, front tooth and she let her dad use a bow and arrow to pull it out.

Olivia Barksdale is a 7-year-old who told her dad she was nervous that pulling her tooth would hurt and she wanted him to find a way to make it go fast.

Well, Matt, Olivia's dad, couldn't think of a faster way than using a bow and arrow.

So, Olivia and Matt headed outside to get rid of the tooth that was just wiggling to get free.

Matt tied one end of a string to Olivia's tooth and the other end to an arrow.

Then, in the video Matt posted on his Facebook page, you can hear him ask Olivia if she's ready. She says uh, uh (possibly uh, huh, but her face says UH, UH). Matt took aim and released the bow. And the look on Olivia's face is absolutely priceless.

Not surprisingly, it worked and the tooth was successfully removed. Even better though, Olivia said she didn't feel a thing.

This was Olivia's second tooth to come out and Matt said the bow and arrow was just a spur of the moment thing. But people in South Georgia seem to be really pulling for the idea since the video was posted, it has already received more than 3,500 views in just 4 hours.

Matt said he will happily pull Olivia's teeth this way as long as she lets him.

How did you pull teeth or have your teeth pulled?
