TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A victim has been taken to the hospital after a suspect crashed a stolen vehicle.
The Leon County Sheriff's Office spotted the stolen car travelling on Jackson Bluff Road.
Deputies say they deployed a spike strip on the stolen vehicle, but the suspect continued to drive eventually causing him to travel on the wrong way of the highway.
LCSO says the suspect then tried to over-correct causing him to hit an oncoming truck.
The suspect was taken to the hospital with a leg injury.
The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
