MANATEE CO., FL (WWSB) – Football games will be changed due to Hurricane Irma potentially affecting the area.
The Manatee District is moving all varsity football games to Thursday night (Sept. 7). The District is cancelling all games in any sport on Friday.
Thursday’s schedule of varsity football games is as follows:
- Braden River at Manatee, 7 p.m.
- Palmetto at Sarasota Riverview, 7:30 p.m.
- Southeast at Lakewood Ranch, 7 p.m.
- Bayshore at Island Coast, 7 p.m.
The start times may change.
