VALDOSTA, Ga. (WTXL)- Valdosta State University selects Terrence "Tee" Mitchell as the new director of Admissions.
Mitchell brings more than 16 years of experience in higher education to the position.
Before joining VSU, Mitchell worked as the director of Student Recruitment and Admissions at Georgia Gwinnett College for five years. GGC saw an enrollment increase of more than 200% during his time there.
As director of Admissions, Mitchell will help develop and implement an enrollment management strategy to achieve annual new student enrollment goals.
