VALDOSTA, GA (WTXL) - Valdosta State University's Office of Financial Aid is implementing a program called QLess.
It's a mobile wait technology that seeks to eliminate lines and decrease wait times in the office.
QLess turns physical lines into virtual queues.
Students will be able to use it through a computer, cell phone, or kiosk in the office, meaning they can take a number from virtually anywhere. The only requirement is you must be in the Office of Financial Aid when your number is called.
The office says they are putting the program into practice to reduce stress levels for both staff and students.
