VALDOSTA, Ga. (WTXL) - The Grand Opening for the first local brewery in Valdosta is just days away.
Georgia Beer Company has been open since last Monday, but will host its first official day Feb.4.
The Owner of the brewery Chris Jones said this is the most southern brewery in Georgia and explains why he felt the city of Valdosta needed one.
Jones also said the Brewery tries to use as much Georgia product as they can to make their beers.
