VALDOSTA, Ga. (WTXL) -- Valdosta police are searching for the suspect in an armed robbery.
Officers were called to the Subway on North Ashley Street in Valdosta on Monday night. Two employees said a man with his face covered came inside the restaurant, pulled out a gun and demanded money.
The Lowndes County Sheriff's Office K-9 was called in to track the suspect, but he got away.
Now, the Valdosta Police Department and a Crime Scene Technician from the Valdosta Lowndes Regional Crime Laboratory are investigating.
