VALDOSTA, GA (WTXL) - A driver was sent to the hospital Thursday afternoon, after he rear-ended a tractor-trailer near Clay Road and East Hill Avenue in Valdosta.
The crash report says a driver of a Chevrolet pick-up truck was heading west on East Hill Avenue, and a tractor-trailer was stopped, waiting to turn onto Clay Road in front of the pick-up.
Police say the driver of the pick-up was trying to download music on his cell phone, when he rear-ended the tractor-trailer.
According to officers, the driver of the pick-up, who was not wearing his seat belt, had serious injuries.
