VALDOSTA, Ga. (WTXL) - Valdosta police say they were able to catch a burglary suspect after a detective on the case sent out photos of the suspect through the department's mobile computer system.
On May 19, just before 10 p.m. a patrol officer went inside a business on North Ashley Street and spotted the suspect after he was recognized from the photos.
That man turned out to be 18-year old Eric Thomas, according to police.
Police say on May 13 at one in the morning, a victim said someone went inside her home on Williams Street and took some of her belongings. Through the investigation, Thomas was identified as the suspect.
He's facing two charges of burglary and criminal trespass.
