VALDOSTA, Ga. (WTXL)--A Valdosta man is robbed at gunpoint.
It happened on West Magnolia Street around 11 p.m. Tuesday. Police say during the robbery, 42-year old Norman Pottinger was shot. The suspect got away with his wallet and $20.
Officers were called to South Georgia Medical Center after the victim was brought in with a gunshot wound to his left shoulder. They say he is expected to be okay.
