VALDOSTA, GA (WTXL) - A man was caught in Florida after stealing a truck in Valdosta, according to authorities.
According to the Valdosta Police Department, Jamarca Manson took a Ford F-150 that was left running outside the Flash Foods on North Ashley Street while the owner was inside the store on Monday.
Police say around 10:30 a.m., they were notified by the Volusia County Sheriff's Office in Florida that the vehicle had been discovered and the driver was arrested.
Surveliance video from the Valdosta store showed that Manson was the person that originally took the truck, according to officers.
Manson is being charged with felony theft by taking motor vehicle.
