Valdosta, Ga.-- Officers arrested a man for possessing 25 grams of crystal meth on Friday April 15th.

While preforming a traffic stop Friday afternoon, Deputies noticed someone tossing a package out of a Ford Taurus with dark tented windows.

Deputies say that the tossed package contained 25 grams of crystal methamphetamine and belonged to passenger Justin Cameron.

The recovered drugs have an estimated street value of $2,500.

Twenty-nine year-old Cameron was arrested and taken to the Lowndes County Jail where he was charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, tampering with evidence, and littering

Sheriff Chris Prine commented on the continued work of the deputies assigned to the Interstate Criminal Enforcement unit. "These deputies do a great job working to hinder the flow of drugs through our county. Although this dope was most likely headed elsewhere, it makes a dent and helps everyone."
