VALDOSTA, GA (WTXL) - A man is arrested in Valdosta Thursday evening for firing a gun near a car on Simpson Street last Saturday.
36-year-old Earl Horne III was arrested for an incident, officers said, stemmed from an earlier domestic dispute.
Witnesses said Horne fired several rounds outside a home, while there was a party inside.
He is charged with reckless conduct, a misdemeanor, and criminal damage to property, a felony.
He was brought to the Lowndes County Jail.
