VALDOSTA, GA. (WTXL) - The Valdosta Fire Department responded to a house fire Thursday morning.
Fire crews were dispatched to a structure fire at 809 South Lee Street at 10:48 a.m. Fire fighters arrived on the scene to find smoke and flames coming from the structure. Approximately 80% of the house was severely damaged by fire and smoke. The fire was located to ear of the home. Damages are estimated at $58,000.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
