VALDOSTA, Ga. (WTXL) - Valdosta Fire Department responded to a structure fire Tuesday morning and they say that the cause of the fire appeared to be electrical.
The fire occurred at 212 Herbert Street where the first unit arrived to smoke and fire coming from the exterior corner of the building according to VFD. Upon search of the structure, VFD reports that nothing was found.
Firefighters say no fire personnel were injured and no one was displaced as a result of the fire. The total loss estimate of the fire was $1,500.
