VALDOSTA, Ga. (WALB) - It was back to business Wednesday for Valdosta City Schools.
Students walked the halls preparing for classes to begin for the 2018-2019 school year.
While its back to the status quo for many, some students returned to some big changes.
Elementary school students returned dressed to impress, with a new uniform policy.
5th-grader Travis Scott was optimistic about the uniforms.
"It's the uniforms that's exciting. I don't like them but it could have been worse," said Scott.
Just a few miles away, some students enrolled at Valdosta High School were a bit lost walking the halls.
This is the first year of a newly built, $85 million facility.
Lowdnes County Schools students went back to school Tuesday.
