TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - The Centre of Tallahassee developers say they are are bringing an "Urban Food Market" to the property in the Spring of 2016.
According to plans released by the developers, there would be space for a fine cuisine restaurant and specialty food items such as gelato, pizza, pasta, and wine.
Developers say they have brought in chefs from Europe to get the most authentic cuisine and that each restaurant will take on the name of the chef that created it.
There are also plans for a marketplace in the 21,000 square foot facility.
The Centre's developers say the Urban Food Market experience will be one similar to those in big cities like New York; giving the public a taste of fine cuisine here in Tallahassee.
The market is expected to open in March of 2016.
